Mr Vimal Dias has worked as a Management Consultant for nearly 40 years, in over 30 countries in Asia, Africa, Eastern Caribbean and Central America. He worked for Management Sciences for Health, Boston, USA for 30 years, improving health delivery programs funded by the World Bank, USAID and WHO, where he specialized in developing and managing drug management systems for Primary Healthcare, with a special emphasis on the management of TB and Malaria drugs. He was a key author of the publication “Managing Drug Supplies”, available in 3 languages and used worldwide as a standard reference for drug management systems.
