Dr Hilmy Sally counts forty years of international professional experience in agriculture, water and natural resources management research, development and capacity-strengthening. He has held leadership and representational positions in research, project and programme management and consulting in diverse geographical locations spanning nearly 30 countries in Africa, Asia and Europe, including 18 years of resident experience in sub-Saharan Africa. He is fluent in English and French, and has a broad interdisciplinary publication record in both languages.
